Ms. Grachel C. Salamat, MBA started opening her small bakeshop during a pandemic, where everybody was inside their home. Noticing that most people buy staple food, she thinks of upgrading the daily classic breads and offering it at an affordable price.
Before selling bread, she did online selling of school supplies, carolina reaper chillies, and the seasonal halo-halo while staying at home teaching online classes at a Public State University in the Philippines. Months after her seasonal business, she dedicated her time to baking bread, one of her "self-taught" skills.
She invested her income and salary from buying ingredients to procuring baking supplies and machinery. Ms. Grachel uses her Adobe skills to design her own logo, trademark, packaging design and product advertisment.
Her previous jobs and skills after getting her bachelor's degree include real estate, banking and finance, advertising and education.
She is a master's degree holder in Business Administration and currently dedicating her time to studying computer programming. Her ongoing businesses aside from bakeshops are printing and transportation services.
